Not a Bank or Financial Institution
No FINMA Banking Licence
VOZ does not hold a FINMA banking licence. We do not accept deposits, hold client funds, open bank accounts or process financial transactions on your behalf. We cannot advise you on financial products or investments.
What we ARE instead
A registered address and domiciliation provider. We can introduce you to reputable Swiss banking partners and help you prepare your bank account application documents.
Not a Law Firm
No Legal Advice
We do not provide legal advice, draft contracts or represent you in legal proceedings. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes legal advice. Swiss law questions must be addressed by a licensed Swiss attorney (Rechtsanwalt).
What we ARE instead
A practical domiciliation partner. We provide general information about Swiss company registration processes and can refer you to qualified legal professionals in Canton Zug.
Not an Accounting Firm
Unless You Subscribe to That Service
VOZ does not prepare financial statements, file tax returns or maintain your bookkeeping by default. We do not hold a cantonal audit licence. These services are outside the scope of our standard domiciliation plans.
What we ARE instead
Our Premium and Business plans include accounting support as an add-on service delivered by our licensed partner fiduciaries. This is clearly marked in the plan description.
Not a FINMA-Registered Agent
No Regulatory Licence
We are not authorised by FINMA as a financial intermediary, collective investment scheme manager, insurance intermediary or any other regulated entity. Our services are limited to domiciliation and associated administrative support.
What we ARE instead
A compliant domiciliation provider operating under Swiss commercial law (OR Art. 117). For FINMA-regulated activities, we can refer you to the appropriate licensed professionals.
Not Responsible for Your Company's Legal Obligations
Your Liability Remains Yours
Registering your company at our address does not transfer any legal, tax or regulatory responsibility to VOZ. You remain solely responsible for filing annual reports, paying taxes, maintaining statutory records and complying with all applicable laws.
