Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Virtual Office Zug offers an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all services. If for any reason — or no reason at all — you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

This guarantee exists because we are confident in our service quality and want you to try VOZ completely risk-free.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@virtual-office-zug.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your account name or order number.

You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first as banking delays are beyond our control.

Exceptions and Limitations

Company formation — government fees If notarisation has been initiated or government fees paid to the commercial register, these costs are non-refundable (typically CHF 300–800). The VOZ service fee portion remains refundable within 30 days.
Third-party costs Fees paid directly to notaries, cantonal registers, Swiss banks, or other third-party providers on your behalf cannot be refunded by VOZ.
Renewal charges Refund requests for subscription renewals must be made within 7 days of the renewal charge (not 30 days). Annual subscriptions renewed automatically have a 7-day refund window.
Accounts in breach Refunds are not available to accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@virtual-office-zug.com.

Service continues
Until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.
No further charges
No additional payments after cancellation is confirmed.
Refund window
Request within 30 days of purchase. Outside this window, no pro-rated refunds.
Address update required
Update your registered address with the Commercial Register before termination takes effect.
We will notify you by email at least 60 days before terminating address services to allow time to update your registered address.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly for all parties and we are happy to resolve disputes directly. Accounts with open chargeback disputes will have services suspended until the dispute is resolved.
