If you are not completely satisfied with any VOZ service within the first 30 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. No explanation required.
1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Virtual Office Zug offers an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all services. This means that if for any reason — or no reason at all — you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
This guarantee exists because we are confident in our service quality and want you to try VOZ completely risk-free.
2. Services Covered by the 30-Day Guarantee
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the one-time VOZ setup fee (CHF 49). This is the only amount charged directly by Virtual Office Zug at the time of purchase.
Important — Monthly subscription
The monthly domiciliation subscription (CHF 29/month — Pack Pro, or CHF 59/month — Pack Premium) is managed directly by our partner allo-declaration.com and is governed exclusively by their own terms and conditions. Virtual Office Zug is not a party to the monthly subscription agreement and does not process monthly subscription payments. Refund requests for the monthly subscription must be addressed directly to allo-declaration.com.
The following VOZ-billed services are eligible for the 30-day refund:
- Domiciliation setup fee — CHF 49 (one-time, billed by Virtual Office Zug)
- Swiss director setup fee — CHF 249 (one-time)
- Mail handling and forwarding services
- Company formation service (see exceptions below)
- Swiss phone number service
- Any other subscription service offered by VOZ
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 30 days
Email refunds@virtualofficezug.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your account name or order number.
No explanation required
You do not need to provide a reason. Simply state that you would like a refund under the 30-day guarantee and identify your purchase.
We confirm and process
We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day and initiate the refund immediately.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval. The timeline depends on your payment method:
- Credit/debit card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Bank transfer (SEPA): 3-7 business days.
- Stripe balance: Immediate to your Stripe account, then subject to bank processing.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us, as banking delays are beyond our control.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to, or is limited for, the following:
- Company formation service: If notarisation has already been initiated or government fees paid to the commercial register, these costs are non-refundable (typically CHF 300-800 in register fees). The VOZ service fee portion remains refundable within 30 days.
- Third-party costs: Fees paid directly to notaries, cantonal registers, Swiss banks, or other third-party providers on your behalf cannot be refunded by VOZ.
- Renewal charges: Refund requests for subscription renewals must be made within 7 days of the renewal charge (not 30 days). Annual subscriptions renewed automatically have a 7-day window for refund after the renewal date.
- Accounts in breach: Refunds are not available to accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
6. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@virtualofficezug.com. Upon cancellation:
- Service continues until the end of the current paid period.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
- You may request a refund for the remaining unused period within the first 30 days of purchase. Outside this window, no pro-rated refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions.
- If your company remains registered at our Zug address after service cancellation, you must update your registered address immediately to avoid legal complications. We will notify you by email at least 60 days before terminating address services.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly for all parties and we are happy to resolve disputes directly. Accounts with open chargeback disputes will have services suspended until the dispute is resolved.
