Scan only

We scan the contents of your letter and send you a high-resolution PDF by email. Physical letter is stored in your mailbox for 30 days then securely destroyed.

Physical forwarding

We forward your original mail by Swiss Post to any address worldwide. Tracked postal service. Ideal for letters that require an original document (passports, certified copies, contracts).

CHF 15–45 per shipment depending on destination

Secure destruction

Unwanted mail, advertising, and spam is securely shredded and destroyed according to Swiss data protection standards. We notify you before destruction of any official-looking correspondence.

Common questions

How quickly will I be notified when mail arrives?

Within 4 business hours of receipt during working days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET). Urgent official correspondence is flagged immediately.

Can I receive parcels and registered mail?

Yes. We accept parcels, registered (recommandé) letters, and courier deliveries (DHL, FedEx, UPS). A signature is provided on your behalf.

What happens to mail before I give instructions?

All mail is stored securely in your dedicated mailbox for up to 60 days. After 60 days, unclaimed regular mail is destroyed unless you instruct otherwise.

Can I set up automatic forwarding rules?

Yes. You can configure standing instructions: for example, "forward all official government mail immediately, scan everything else." Rules are set up during onboarding.

Do you open mail without my permission?

We do not open mail without your explicit instruction. Exterior scan (envelope front) is always provided free. Interior scan requires your authorisation.

Is scanning compliant with Swiss privacy law?

Yes. Our scanning service complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and all scanned documents are transmitted via encrypted connection.
