Log in to your VOZ dashboard, go to Add Services, and select Digital Suite Plus (CHF 39/month) or Unlimited (CHF 99/month). Activation is instant. No setup fee. You can downgrade at the next billing cycle.
Included: 20 GB vault, 10 documents/month, 100 AI questions/month. Plus: 100 GB vault, 20 documents/month, 200 AI questions/month. Unlimited: 200 GB vault, 80 documents/month, 700 AI questions/month. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
No. VOZ Voice (Swiss AI receptionist, Swiss +41 number) is a separate service priced from CHF 49/month. It can be added independently of your Digital Suite tier directly from your dashboard.
The Plus and Unlimited tiers can be subscribed to independently. The Included tier is only active with a running VOZ domiciliation contract. If you cancel domiciliation, your Digital Suite downgrades to the free tier and you retain 30 days of data access.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all vault files, documents and AI conversation history at any time. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with Swiss nLPD. We never sell or share your data.
No. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month. Unused capacity is not carried forward. If you consistently reach your monthly limit, upgrading to the next tier is the right move.
