Frequently asked questions

Is a virtual office address valid for the commercial register?
Yes. The address we provide is a fully compliant Swiss domicile address, valid for registration in the cantonal commercial register (Handelsregister) and accepted by Swiss banking institutions.
Can I use the address for banking purposes?
Yes. Our addresses are accepted by major Swiss banks (UBS, CS legacy, Raiffeisen, PostFinance) for corporate account opening. We can provide a domiciliation certificate upon request.
What is included in the CHF 59/month plan?
The Standard plan includes a premium postal address, mail scanning and upload to your VOZ Vault (up to 20 items/month), 20 GB secure storage, and access to your client portal 24/7.
How long does activation take?
Once your contract is signed and KYC documents verified, your address is active within 24 business hours. You receive a confirmation email with your domiciliation certificate.
Can I switch cantons after activation?
Yes. Canton changes are possible with 30 days written notice. A transfer fee of CHF 150 applies. Your data and Vault content remain fully intact.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Our standard plans are annual (12 months). Monthly billing is available at a small premium. No long-term lock-in — cancel with 30 days notice at renewal.
