Domiciliation, incorporation, accounting and director services are provided directly by independent Swiss licensed partners. Your contracts are concluded directly with these partners.<\/div>\n  <p>Virtual Office Zug acts as an intermediary. We facilitate your introduction to our Swiss-licensed partner network and collect a one-time setup fee for this onboarding service. We do not ourselves provide regulated professional services including legal, fiduciary, accounting, or notarial services.<\/p>\n  <p>The effective service agreements for domiciliation, incorporation, and director appointments are concluded between you and the relevant Swiss partner entity directly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"voz-section\" id=\"s4\">\n  <h2 class=\"voz-section-title\"><span class=\"voz-num\">4<\/span>Setup Fees &amp; Payment Terms<\/h2>\n  <p>A one-time setup fee is charged by Virtual Office Zug upon placing your order. This fee covers:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Processing and onboarding your application<\/li>\n    <li>Coordinating with our Swiss partner network on your behalf<\/li>\n    <li>Access to your client dashboard and document management portal<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>Ongoing monthly or annual domiciliation subscription fees are charged directly by our Swiss partner Allo-Declaration and are governed by their separate service agreement.<\/p>\n  <p>All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"voz-section\" id=\"s5\">\n  <h2 class=\"voz-section-title\"><span class=\"voz-num\">5<\/span>Refund Policy Summary<\/h2>\n  <p>We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our setup fee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of payment, contact us and we will refund the setup fee in full.<\/p>\n  <p>Ongoing subscription fees billed by our partner Allo-Declaration are subject to their own cancellation and refund policy.
